Common Questions and Misconceptions

(Q) What Kind of Printer do I use?
    (A) I use an Elegoo Mars 5 ultra & Saturn 4 Ultra. It's an MSLA Printer.

(Q) What kind of 3D Modeling Software do I Use
    (A) I use Zbrush, I am self-taught and far from a professional. Always try to improve my craft with every model. All items are entirely fan-made, unofficial, and not endorsed by Microsoft, Bungie, 343 Industries, or Mega Mattel Inc. The figures are designed to be assembled, painted, and customized by users, similar to tabletop miniature games, allowing for unlimited personalization.

(Q) Do I Sell my files?
    (A) No, maybe in the future but not anytime soon. 

(Q) Are you a Company?
    (A) As flattering as this question is, no. Im just a one-man shop with a passion for toys and giving people the ability to be creative!

(Q) Are my orders painted/ completed figures?
    (A) No, orders are not painted and will require a base MCX fig. These can be found in stores, or on Mattel's website.

(Q) Can orders be refunded after being purchased? 
    (A) No, once an order is placed the payment is final. I officially print on demand, once I receive the order, materials are purchased to complete said order and manufacturering begins. If you need me to delay your order due to being out of town or other reasons. Please shoot me an email and I can happily help. 

Shipping Times
Items can take between 1-2 weeks to be manufactured and dropped off at the post office. (Depending on order volume)  Once the shipping provider has the package it normally takes 3-5 Business days to be shipped Domestically, Internationally can take 2-5+ weeks.   ( during holidays seasons, time may vary )
