Shipping & Order Policies
Shipping times
Orders usually ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase. This is the time needed to pack and hand your order to the carrier and does not include transit time. During busy periods or if a vacation is announced, processing may take longer. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. The checkout page will show an estimated delivery window after the order has been shipped and a label has been created. If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not received a tracking number, please email me so I can check on your order.
International shipping
International orders can take 2–5+ weeks to arrive, depending on destination country, customs, and carrier delays. Transit times may be longer during holiday seasons.
One‑person workshop
This is a one‑person shop, so unexpected issues (illness, equipment problems, supply delays, etc.) can occasionally slow things down. Your patience and understanding are genuinely appreciated.
Email, phone number & tracking
The email provided at checkout will be used to send tracking information and updates about your order. Please make sure your email is entered correctly. Order and tracking emails will be sent via Shopify; check your spam or junk folder if you do not see them, and contact me if you still cannot find them.
Delivery & address issues
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. In the rare case of an address error on my part, I will reship your order free of charge. I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages, and refunds will not be issued for these issues. Please keep track of your order, especially international customers using DHL.
Refunds & order changes
Orders cannot be refunded after purchase. Once an order is placed, payment is final because items are printed on demand; materials are purchased and manufacturing begins specifically for your order. If you need your order delayed because you will be out of town or for another reason, please email me and I will do my best to help. These parts are considered custom orders.
